Photos on this site are deleted after 3 days and finished videos are kept for 30 days. Account access to our files and temporary processing by the generation provider are separate, as described below.

What we process
We process your photo, generated video, account details and the order records needed to deliver and support the purchase. Card details are handled by the payment processor.
We do not add your uploaded photos or results to a public gallery or use them in marketing without separate permission.
Video generation with KIE
KIE receives your photo and the reference clip for generation. Temporary provider file links expire after 24 hours. Before expiry, someone holding a link can access that file without signing into your account. We do not publish those links on this site.
Account-protected downloads on this site do not give the temporary provider links the same access controls. Our own media retention and provider processing are separate.
Retention and early deletion
Uploaded photos on this site are deleted after 3 days. Finished videos are kept for 30 days; download a copy to keep them. Request earlier deletion from the result or contact form.
We verify account or order ownership before sharing files or carrying out a deletion request. Order, refund and support records are retained separately where needed; deleting a photo does not erase a payment record.
Analytics and operational records
Pageview measures public-page visits by default. This integration does not set Pageview analytics cookies. The service receives the page URL, referring page and request information such as IP address and browser headers. Private account pages and URLs that cannot be sent safely are excluded. This analytics is cookieless and runs on public pages only. We have not independently verified this self-hosted provider’s server-log retention or processing location.
Google Analytics measures public-page visits and photo selections by default and uses analytics cookies. Successful registration and login actions may also be counted on the account page using a fixed URL without query parameters. Account-page views, email verification links, password reset links and sensitive URLs are excluded. Analytics is not used for advertising and a previously saved opt-out is respected. Photo contents, original filenames, passwords, full prompts and payment payloads are excluded from analytics events. Necessary security, order and task records support delivery, account recovery and prevention of duplicate purchases. Our server records account creation, email verification and successful email logins to check that account access works, independently of optional analytics consent. These operational events contain an internal account ID, event type and time, without email addresses, passwords or verification tokens. Our server also records photo-selection counts and visit-source attribution by default, while respecting a previously saved analytics opt-out. These browser-originated counts may be incomplete if requests are blocked.
