A terminal failed generation is refunded as money, not store credits. A queue delay is not a failed generation; check My videos before paying again.
Refund arrival depends on your bank or payment provider.
Completed video with a likeness problem
Choose Request help on the result and describe what looks wrong. A person reviews the uploaded photo and delivered video before deciding the request.
Request help for the correct order
Include the order ID and checkout email. Use the contact form if you cannot access My videos. Never send your password, card number or payment security code.
One payment, one refund
Refunds are tied to the original order and its actual paid amount. The same payment cannot be refunded twice.
